How is the quality of construction checked?

For 22 years now, the state system of construction supervision has been operating in TÜRKIYE, and for the last 10 years, special attention has been paid to this.
Special inspection companies have been created in government agencies, which employ not just officials, but qualified engineers. They monitor every stage of the construction of the building – both apartment complexes and individual villas.

Projects are created only by licensed architects and are subject to mandatory approval by the mayor’s office.

One of the main requirements of the state is seismic resistance. The Alanya region is safe in this respect.

Nevertheless, the most reliable construction technology is used here – from monolithic reinforced concrete.
